Please allow 30 minutes for your first visit, during which I will collect your “New Patient”, “Symptom Survey” and “Daily Record of Food Intake” forms. All are available on our Nutritional Care Forms page. Please bring a copy of any blood work or lab tests you have had in the past year.

During our session, we will test your body’s neurological reflexes and analyze the results. These reflexes are the body’s way of telling us what and how your nervous system is doing. The testing includes organs, glands, joints, and muscles. Together we will review your muscle testing results, blood pressure numbers, test kits used, and what is missing from your diet.

My consultation will take place at the second visit, reviewing the more depth results of the Symptoms Survey, lab work, and your potential health program.
