Please allow 60 minutes for the initial visit. We recommend that you wear comfortable fitting clothes, and no perfumes please. If you have questions, feel free to contact our office at any time.

Payment is due at each visit, cash and checks are accepted. If you are using insurance, please know your policy number, if chiropractic is covered, your deductible or co-pay amount, and number of visits allowed annually. Thank you.
